Ingredient and Portion
Ingredients A / 材料A
2 stalks cruller / 2条 油条
100g taro (peeled, striped) / 100克芋头(削皮,切条)

Ingredients B / 材料B
2 tbsp white sesame seeds / 2大匙白芝麻
1 tsp black sesame seeds / 1小匙黑芝麻

脆糊材料
Batter 150g self-raising flour / 150克自发面粉
1 tbsp cornstarch / 1大匙粟粉
1/2 tsp salt / 1/2小匙盐
1 tbsp cooking oil / 1大匙食油
130ml water / 130毫升清水
Method
1. Cut cruller into 2-inch, then insert striped taro into the incision of the cruller to form vegetarian spare ribs.
将油条切小段(约2寸),中间塞进一根芋头,做成素排骨,备用。

2. Mix batter ingredients and all sesame seeds.
把脆糊料加入黑白芝麻拌匀。

3. Preheat oil in wok. Dip vegetarian spare hot oil ribs into batter, then deep-fry in over high heat until golden brown and crispy. Dish out and drain. Serve hot.
烧热炸油,将素排骨沾上脆糊,放入热油中,大火炸脆至金黄色 ,捞起,沥除油份,即可上桌。
