1. Sprinkle the flour on prawns and mix each prawn well till it coated. Gently add the prawns into oil and deep-fried until cooked, then drain it.
2. Heat butter in low heat till melted. Add curry leaves, garlic and chilli. Fry over medium heat until fragrant.
3. Add cereal, sugar and salt. Stir until lightly golden.
4. Lastly, turn off the heat and add the prawns back into the cereal, stir fry until mixed well. Plate and serve.
