Pie Tee Hat Ingredients / 饼杯材料
180g plain flour / 面粉180克
50g rice flour / 粘米粉50克
1 egg (beaten) / 鸡蛋1粒(打散)
400ml water / 水400克
1/4tsp salt / 盐1/4茶匙
1 hat shape iron mold / 帽饼模型1个

Filling / 馅料
180g corn kernel / 玉米粒180克
80g minced meat / 肉碎80克
1 onion (chopped) / 大葱粒1粒
1 red chili (chopped) / 红辣椒碎1条
some chopped spring onion / 葱粒适量
Seasoning
2 tbsp Sambal chili sauce / Sambal辣椒酱2汤匙
1/2 tsp chicken powder / 鸡精粉1/2茶匙
dash of sugar and salt / 糖及盐少许
Method
1. Mixes Pie Tee Hat ingredients into batter.
将饼杯材料混合均匀过滤成为粉浆。

2.Heat hat shape iron mould in hot oil until hot, drain and dip into batter, then deep fry with hot oil until browned and then shake it off and drain.(pic 1-2)
将模型置入热油中烧热后滴干油,沾上粉浆,然后入油中炸至浅褐色后轻轻地摇动它脱模,取出沥油备用。(图1-2)

3. Blanch corn kernel in boiling water, drain.(pic 3)
玉米粒以沸水川烫过,沥干。(图3)

4. Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok, sauté onion until fragrant, add minced pork and stir fry until loosen.(pic 4-6)
烧热2汤匙油炒香大葱碎,放入肉碎炒至松散。(图4-6)

5. Toss in corn kernel, chopped chili and seasoning.(pic 7)
加入玉米粒、辣椒碎及调味料拌炒。(图7)

6. Lastly add in chopped spring onion. Stuff ingredients into Pie Tee and serve.
最后加入青葱粒兜匀便可盛入杯中享用。
