Ingredient and Portion
50g Prawns / 50克 虾仁
50g Barbecued Pork / 50克 叉烧(剁粒)
2 Tablespoon Pork Lard / 2大匙 猪油
1 Egg (Lightly beaten) / 1个 鸡蛋(打散)
1 Tablespoon Chopped Coriander / 1大匙 芫荽碎
1 Tablespoon Spring Onion / 1大匙 葱花
250g Cooked Rice / 250克 白饭
1/2 teaspoon salt / 1/2小匙 盐
1/2 teaspoon Chicken powder seasoning / 1/2小匙 鸡精粉
1 teaspoon pepper powder / 1小匙 胡椒粉
1. Bring the prawns and barbecued pork meat blanched in boiling water, drained and set aside
把虾仁和叉烧粒用沸水氽烫一下,盛起,沥水 ,备用。

2. Bring pork lard into wok and heat it up, add in the beaten eggs and rice. Then give it a quick stir fry in high heat. Add in prawns and barbecued pork and fry evenly.

3. Add in seasonings, chopped coriander and spring onions to fry until fragrant. Turn off the heat and serve.
加入调味料、芫荽碎及葱花同炒香浓。熄火, 即可上桌。
