This is just simple chocolate brownies where with a simple coconut cream cheese layer as well as sweet, rich, chocolatey, flavourful punch right in your mouth!
1. To make brownie, preheat oven to 180℃, grease and line a 18cm (7-in) baking tray with aluminium foil. 布朗尼:预热烤箱180℃,将一个18公分(7吋)烤盘涂上油,铺上铝箔纸。
2. Melt the chocolate and butter over low heat. Remove from heat, stir in brown sugar until melted .Leave to cool. 将巧克力及牛油以小火煮至溶化,离火,拌入黄糖至溶解,待冷却。
3. Add in beaten egg, stir well. Gradually fold in flour and desiccated coconut, mix well. 加入鸡蛋液,拌匀;轻轻拌入面粉和椰丝成面糊。
4. Spread batter into prepared tray. Bake in oven for 25 minutes. Remove from oven. 把面糊倒入烤盛,盛入烤箱烘约25分钟,离火,待冷却。
5. To make cheese layer, beat cream cheese, sugar and coffee powder until smooth and soft. Add in egg, mix well. Fold in whipping cream and fresh milk. Mix until well blended. 起司:将奶油芝士、砂糖和咖啡粉搅拌成软滑,加入鸡蛋,拌匀;再加入奶油和鲜奶,搅拌均匀。
6. Spread cheese batter over brownie, sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Continue bake in oven for 25 minutes or until done. 把芝士糊倒入布朗尼上,撒入巧克力粒,盛入烤箱继续烘约25分钟,或至熟。
