Ingredient and Portion
Ingredients A
1 tsp sugar / 糖 1茶匙
1/2 cup warm water / 温水 1/2杯
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast / 速溶干酵母 2 1/4茶匙

Ingredients B
450g plain flour, sifted / 面粉(过筛)450克
1 tbsp sugar / 糖 1汤匙
1/2 cup thick coconut milk / 浓椰浆 1/2杯
1 tbsp butter (or margarine) / 牛油(或玛芝琳)1汤匙
120g raisins / 葡萄干 120克




Method
1. Dissolve sugar (from Ingredients A) in warm water, stir in active dry yeast and leave it aside to rise for 10 minutes.
将材料A的糖加入温水中拌匀,拌入速溶干酵母,搁旁10分钟。

2. Add plain flour into a mixing bowl, add yeast solution and the rest of the Ingredients B (except raisins) and beat until a smooth dough is formed with the hook mixer.
将普通面粉放入搅拌碗内,加入酵母液与其余材料B(葡萄干除外),用钩状搅拌器搅打成软面团。

3. Remove and roll into a ball. Cling wrap the dough, let it proof until double in size.
取出,揉成球状。用保鲜膜盖好,待发酵至两倍大。

4. Lightly flatten the dough, sprinkle raisins over and knead evenly. Flatten the dough again, add raisins and knead into a rugby shape.
将面团稍微按扁,撒上葡萄干,搓揉均匀。再次将面团按扁,加入葡萄干,然后揉成橄榄球状。

5. Place it into a greased loaf pan, further rest dough for 10 minutes before baking in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30-40 minutes.
将面团放入已抹油的长方形烤模内,待放10分钟后,放入预热烤箱,以180°C烤30-40分钟。

6. Remove and leave aside to cool before slicing.
取出,放凉后即可切片。
