Ingredient and Portion
250g strawberries / 草莓 250克
400g dark cooking chocolate, cut into cubes / 烹饪用黑巧克力(切丁) 400克
1/2 tbsp butter / 牛油 1/2汤匙
150g coconut flakes / 椰子屑 150克
Method
1.Rinse strawberries under running water, pat dry and set aside.
草莓放在水龙头下冲洗,抹干待用。

2.Fill up 1/4 of a saucepan with water and bring to a simmer. Set a heatproof bowl over the saucepan, pour cooking chocolate cubes into the bowl and cook over medium heat until chocolate is completely melted. Add butter and mix well. Remove from the heat.
小锅盛入1/4锅清水煮开(近乎沸腾),放上一个耐热碗,倒入巧克力块,以中火拌煮至巧克力完全溶化。加入牛油拌匀,离火。

3.Hold a strawberry by its stem, dip strawberry into melted chocolate to coat evenly and leave aside to set slightly before rolling over coconut flakes. Keep in the fridge before serving.
手抓草莓蒂,将草莓浸入巧克力酱至沾裹均匀,取出搁旁,让巧克力酱稍微凝固,然后均匀沾上椰子屑。放入冰箱冷藏,即可享用。
Tips
Coconut flakes can be substituted with toasted crushed nuts of your choice.
椰子屑可换成您所喜爱的烤香坚果碎。
