1.Rinse strawberries under running water, pat dry and set aside.
2.Fill up 1/4 of a saucepan with water and bring to a simmer. Set a heatproof bowl over the saucepan, pour cooking chocolate cubes into the bowl and cook over medium heat until chocolate is completely melted. Add butter and mix well. Remove from the heat.
3.Hold a strawberry by its stem, dip strawberry into melted chocolate to coat evenly and leave aside to set slightly before rolling over coconut flakes. Keep in the fridge before serving.
