Ingredient and Portion
200g butter / 200克牛油
100g cream cheese / 100克奶油芝士
200g caster sugar / 200克细砂糖
4 eggs / 4个鸡蛋
200g plain flour / 200克普通面粉
5g baking powder / 5克发粉
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder / 1/4小匙肉桂粉
80g roasted chestnuts (chopped) / 80克烤香栗子(切碎)
3 pcs cheese slices (sliced) / 3片起司片(切碎)
Method
1. Line a 18cm (7-in) baking tin with baking paper. Preheat oven to 160℃。
准备一个18公分(7寸)烤盘,涂上油,铺上油纸;预热烤箱160℃。

2. Beat butter, cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Add in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
将牛油、奶油芝士和砂糖打发至松软,逐个将鸡蛋加入,搅拌至鸡蛋完全与牛油结合,再加入第二个鸡蛋,搅拌均匀。

3. Sift flour, baking powder and cinnamon powder. Fold into butter mixture together with chestnuts and cheese slices to forms batter.
将面粉、发粉和肉桂粉过筛,与栗子和起司片一起加入牛油混合物中,拌匀成面糊。

4. Spread batter into prepared baking tin. Bake in oven for 45-60 minutes or until cooked.
把面糊倒入烤盘,烘约45-60分钟,或至熟。
