早餐吃到香脆的炸香蕉球绝对是件幸福的事。这道美食不难做,早上花点时间便能完成哦,十分简单。

Ingredient and Portion
300g mashed banana /香蕉泥300克
150g plain flour / 面粉150克
1 tsp baking powder / 发粉 1茶匙
100g castor sugar / 幼糖 100克
1 egg / 蛋1粒
100ml water / 清水100毫升
1 tsp white vinegar / 白醋1茶匙
Method
1. Mix all ingredients till well combined. Stir until it becomes soft dough. Set aside for 15 minutes.
将材料拌匀成软面团,待放15分钟。

2. Heat up oil for deep-frying, use a teaspoon to scoop the soft dough and put it in hot oil.
锅内烧热油,用茶匙勺一匙面糊,放入热油里。

3. Deep fry until golden brown over medium heat. Repeat until all dough use up.
用中火炸至金黄色即可。重复至面团用完。
