1. Put the flour, yeast, sugar, salt, yoghurt and a spoonful of oil into the stainless steel bowl, fitted with the kneader and the lid. Mix in position 1 for 40 seconds. Add water progressively until a ball of dough forms. 准备一个不锈钢碗,放入面粉和酵母,先稍微搅合一轮才加入糖、盐、优格和一匙食用油,用搅拌机以position 1搅拌40秒。慢慢加入温水使面团成型;
2. Increase the speed to position 2 and knead for at least five minutes to soften the dough. Sprinkle with flour, shape the dough into a large ball, lightly grease the bowl and leave the dough to rest at room temperature for three or four hours covered with a tea towel. 增快搅拌速度至position 2,搅拌至少5分钟使面团软绵,然后撒面粉和把面团推成球状。成球状后稍微摇晃钢碗,然后就可以用湿布盖着面团并在室温下放置3至4个小时;
3. Divide the dough into four balls, and roll out to 1/2 cm thickness. Put the cheese into the middle and seal the dough into a triangle or circle. Roll out the naans again with a rolling pin. Place the naans on a baking sheet and put into the oven for around 12 minutes at 260°C. Serve hot, as an appetiser or an accompaniment. 把面团分成4等份,先揉成球状再擀成出1/2cm厚度的团,面团中间放上芝士,然后用面团把芝士包起来(做成三角或圆形都可以)。再次用擀面棒擀一下面团,就可以把面团移去烤盘和放进烤箱了。烤箱温度为260度,烤大约12分钟即可。

You can replace the Dairylea with parsley butter. 不喜欢芝士可用香菜牛油酱代替。
