Ingredient and Portion
Cauliflower Pizza Crust 披萨 :
1 (Small Head) Cauliflower
小花椰菜 1颗
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
Parmesan芝士 1/4杯
1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese
莫札瑞拉芝士 1/4杯
1/4 teaspoons Kosher Salt
盐 1/4茶匙
1/2 teaspoons Dried Oregano
干牛至(披萨草)1/2茶匙
1 Tablespoon Almond Meal
杏仁粉 1汤匙
1 Egg
鸡蛋1颗

Toppings 装饰 :
Tomato Paste 番茄酱
Broccoli, break into small florets 西兰花(切成小块)
Onion, roughly sliced 洋葱(切成小片)
Zucchini, sliced 小黄瓜(切片)
Red Cabbage, thinly sliced 紫包菜(切成小片)
Mozzarella Cheese 莫札瑞拉芝士
Method
1. Wash and throughly dry a small head of cauliflower. Cut off the florets and pulse in the food processor until you get powdery snow like cauliflower, this will take less than a minute. Place cauliflower onto a cheese cloth and squeeze out all the liquid with all your might. Then place the dry cauliflower in a microwave safe bowl and cover, cook for 4 minutes.
把花椰菜洗净,稍微弄干。把菜花头切掉,把花椰菜放进搅碎器打成粉粒状。然后把打碎/切碎的椰菜花粒倒入过滤布(或是纱布)挤压一下,把水分逼出来。把挤好的椰菜花粒倒入碗里,放进微波炉,设时间为4分钟。

2. In a bowl, add the cooked cauliflower, cheese, salt, dried oregano, almond meal and egg and mix well together. Once mixed together, spread the “dough” onto a baking sheet and work it into a flat round. Bake for about 10 minutes in 250C oven until starting to brown at the edges. Now we are ready for the toppings.
4分钟后,在碗里加入芝士、盐、干牛至、杏仁粉和鸡蛋,搅拌均匀。之后,把混合好的材料倒入烤模板上,摊成饼皮状。放入烤箱,10分钟烘烤,温度则设定在250度。烤好之后就可以准备装饰了。

3. Once the crust is out of the oven, start by spreading spoonfuls of tomato paste (or homemade pizza sauce) on the crust and however much toppings you like. Top with cheese. Bake for further 5 minutes in the oven or until cheese is melted and starting to brown. Let cool for several minutes (very important) before serving so the crust will hold together.
饼皮出炉后,把番茄酱(或自制披萨酱)倒上去,加上任何你喜欢的食材调味。最后撒上芝士,再烤5分钟,让芝士完美地溶化。上桌食用前可以把披萨稍微摊凉,这步骤非常重要!
