1. Beat butter and sugar in a mixer until fluffy. Add in egg yolk, mix well. 将牛油和砂糖放入搅拌机打发至松白,加入蛋黄,搅拌均匀。
2. Sift flour and baking powder. Fold into butter mixture with the remaining ingredients, mix until forms dough. 将面粉和发粉过筛,与其它材料加入牛油混合物中,拌匀成面团。
3. Wrap well the dough and refrigerate for 1 hour. 把面团包好,存入冰箱冷藏1小时。
4. Roll out the dough between two sheets of plastic paper, about 5mm. Cut out a bowl of mee shape and place on to the baking tray. 取出面团,放在塑料纸之间,杆薄约5毫分, 切出一碗面形状,排入烤盘里。
5. Bake in preheated oven at 160℃ for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. 盛入预热烤箱烘以160℃烘约15-20分钟,或至金黄色。
6.When cool, decorate with ornamental icing. When the icing was solidification, keep into airtight container. 冷却后,加上喜爱的糖霜装饰入密封罐子储存。凝固后即可存 。
