1. Wash ribs and marinate with marinades ingredients in fridge and leave overnight. 将排骨洗净,加入腌料后放进冰箱腌至隔夜;
2. Heat 2 cups oil in wok, coat ribs with flours and deep fry until golden brown;drain. 烧热2杯炸油,将腌制好的排骨,裹上面粉炸至金黄色。捞起沥干油份,备用;
3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok,sauté chopped onion until fragrant;toss in all sauce ingredients,once boiled, return ribs and stir-fry in high heat until gravy dries up. Dish out to serve. 烧热1汤匙油爆香洋葱碎,之后倒入烧汁料煮滚后加入炸好的排骨,大火炒匀,炒至收干,盛起即可配饭享用。
