Ingredient and Portion
500g pork ribs / 排骨 500克
1 onion(chopped) / 洋葱 1粒(切碎)


Marinades ingredients:
½ tsp chicken powder / 鸡精粉 ½茶匙
½ tsp MSG / 味精 ½茶匙
¼ tsp salt / 盐 ¼茶匙
2 tsp sugar / 糖 2茶匙
1 tbsp soy sauce / 生抽 1汤匙
1 tsp sesame oil / 麻油 1茶匙
¼ tsp 5 spiced powder / 五香粉 ¼茶匙
1 tbsp rice wine / 白米酒 1汤匙
1 egg white / 蛋白 1粒
2 tbsp water / 水 2汤匙


Sauce ingredients:
100ml water / 水100克
1 tbsp tomato sauce / 蕃茄酱 1汤匙
1 tbsp L&P sauce / 李派林酱 1汤匙
1 tbsp HP sauce / HP汁 1汤匙
1 tbsp soy sauce / 生抽 1汤匙
2 tbsp sugar / 糖 2汤匙


Coating:
5 tbsp plain flour / 面粉 5汤匙
Method
1. Wash ribs and marinate with marinades ingredients in fridge and leave overnight.
将排骨洗净,加入腌料后放进冰箱腌至隔夜;

2. Heat 2 cups oil in wok, coat ribs with flours and deep fry until golden brown;drain.
烧热2杯炸油,将腌制好的排骨,裹上面粉炸至金黄色。捞起沥干油份,备用;

3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok,sauté chopped onion until fragrant;toss in all sauce ingredients,once boiled, return ribs and stir-fry in high heat until gravy dries up. Dish out to serve.
烧热1汤匙油爆香洋葱碎,之后倒入烧汁料煮滚后加入炸好的排骨,大火炒匀,炒至收干,盛起即可配饭享用。
