石榴是抗氧化物含量最高的水果之一,薄荷则具刺激作用,所以这款薄荷木莓石榴汁不止美味健康,色泽亦很吸引。

Ingredient and Portion
8 kiwi fruit / 8 个奇异果
600 g raspberries / 600 克木莓
2 pomegranates / 2 个石榴
1 bunch of mint / 1 束薄荷
1 litre water / 1 公升水
Method
1. Peel and cut the kiwis in quarters. Wash the raspberries and mint.
将奇异果切开四份,将木莓和薄荷洗净。

2. Cut the pomegranates in half and remove the seeds.
将石榴切成两半,去籽。

3. Juice all the fruit alternating with the mint. Finish with a kiwi fruit.
将全部蔬果跟薄荷交替榨汁,最后才榨奇异果汁。

4. Collect the juice, mix and chill. Serve in glasses.
将各种果汁倒在一起混合调匀,冷冻后即可饮用。
Tips
For an even more punchy juice, use 4 kiwis instead of 8 and 4 pomegranates instead of 2.

如果想味道更浓,请将奇异果的数量从8个减至4个,并将石榴的数量从2个增加至4个。
