This soup contains high nutritious because it uses black fungus, enoki mushroom and black-bone chicken to boiled this soup! Give a try to this yummy and healthy soup!
250g black chicken (skinless) / 250克乌鸡/竹丝鸡(去皮) 100g spare ribs (cut into pieces) / 100克排骨(剁块) 100g dried black fungus (soaked) / 100克黑木耳(清水泡软) 200g Enokitake mushrooms / 200克金针姑 150g celery (sliced) / 150克 西芹(切片) 10g wolfberry / 10克枸杞/杞子 600ml hot water / 600毫升热水
Seasoning / 调味料: 1 tsp salt / 1小匙盐
Method
1. Cut chicken into pieces. Blanch chicken and spare rib together in the boiling water for a short while. Dish out and drain well. 乌鸡剁块,连同排骨放入沸水里汆烫(焯水) 捞起,沥除水份。
2. In a double boiler, add the chicken, spare ribs, black fungus and the rest of ingredients. Add in hot water. 炖盅里加入鸡肉、排骨、木耳及其余材料,注入热水。
3. Cover the lid, double boil in a preheated steamer over low heat for 2 hours, then add in seasoning, mix well. Serve hot. 盖上,盛入预热蒸炉,以慢火炖制2小时,加入盐调味,即可。
