Ingredient and Portion
700 g strawberries / 700克 草莓
800 g cherries / 800克 樱桃
1 vanilla pod / 1个 香子兰荚
1 litre water / 1 公升水
Method
Wash all the fruit. Hull the strawberries and pit the cherries.
洗净所有水果,将草莓去蒂及樱桃去核。

Cut the vanilla pod in two and scrape out the seeds with the edge of a knife.
将香子兰荚一开二,用刀边刮出籽。

Juice all the fruit.
将所有水果榨汁。

Collect the juice, add the vanilla seeds and mix.
将两种果汁倒在一起,加入香子兰籽调匀。

Serve chilled in glasses.
冷冻后便可享用。
Tips
To add an unexpected twist, replace the vanilla with a few leaves of fresh verbena or basil.

要来点新意,可以用数片新鲜马鞭草或罗勒叶代替香子兰。
