1. Mixed spice powder, cumin powder, fennel powder with 100ml coconut milk (taken from Ingredients A). Mix chilli powder and turmeric powder with some water. 南芭粉、孜然粉、小茴香粉和胡椒粉加入100毫升椰浆(取自材料A)拌匀。辣椒粉和黄姜粉用少许水调匀。
2. Mix the beef with half of the Ingredients B and 1 tbsp salt until well combined, marinate for a while. 将半份材料B和1汤匙盐加入牛肉内拌匀,腌制片刻。
3. Heat up oil, stir-fry lemongrass and the remaining Ingredients B until fragrant. Add curry leaves, onions, cardamoms and cinnamon stick, stir-fry until aromatic. Add turmeric mixture and stir-fry until aromatic. Add the remaining coconut milk, mixed spice paste and Seasonings, stir-fry well. 锅中烧热油,加入香茅和剩余的材料B炒香。加入咖喱叶、洋葱、小豆蔻籽和桂皮炒香,然后加入黄姜糊炒香,再加入剩余的椰浆、南芭糊和调味料拌匀。
4. Add beef and bring to a boil over high heat. Switch to low heat, cook until the beef is tender. Lastly, season with 2 tbsp salt. 加入牛肉,用大火煮滚后转小火煮至肉熟。最后加入2汤匙盐调味即可。
