1. Mixed spice powder, cumin powder, fennel powder with 100ml coconut milk (taken from Ingredients A). Mix chilli powder and turmeric powder with some water.
2. Mix the beef with half of the Ingredients B and 1 tbsp salt until well combined, marinate for a while.
3. Heat up oil, stir-fry lemongrass and the remaining Ingredients B until fragrant. Add curry leaves, onions, cardamoms and cinnamon stick, stir-fry until aromatic. Add turmeric mixture and stir-fry until aromatic. Add the remaining coconut milk, mixed spice paste and Seasonings, stir-fry well.
4. Add beef and bring to a boil over high heat. Switch to low heat, cook until the beef is tender. Lastly, season with 2 tbsp salt.
