Unlike the usual spring roll, this got to be one of the best fusion 'Pisang Goreng'. A must try simple and delicious banana spring rolls recipe!

春卷里通常都是放入肉类然后炸,可是这道是用了香蕉和开心果弄成的炸香蕉呢!其实也是另类的pisang goreng。试一试就知道了!

Ingredient and Portion
6 pieces ready to use spring roll skins / 6片春卷皮
3 ripe, large sized bananas / 3条香蕉
3 tablespoon honey / 3汤匙蜜糖
100gm roasted pistachios, ground / 100克 烤开心果
1 tablespoon canola oil / 1 汤匙菜籽油
1 egg white / 1 蛋白
Method
1. Cut banana into 2, roughly around 3 inches long each.
将香蕉切半,大概3寸长。

2. Take a piece of spring roll skin and spread some honey at the center and sprinkle some pistachios on top.
拿一片春卷皮,然后涂上蜜糖在中间,撒上一点开心果粒。

3. Place cut banana on top of the pistachio and roll it, seal spring roll skin with a bit of egg white.
切了的香蕉放在春卷皮里,然后卷起来,到最后用鸡蛋白密封。

4. Place rolled spring rolls on Oil-Less Fryer and add the oil. Cook for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
把卷好后的香蕉春卷放入空气炸锅里,加入油,煮大概12分钟或到金黄即可。
