Ingredient and Portion
A
180g margarine / 菜油 180克
180g brown sugar / 黄糖 180克
3 egg / 鸡蛋 3粒

B (Sifted) / B(过筛)
200g flour / 面粉 200克
1 tsp baking powder / 发粉 1茶匙
1/2 tsp sodium bicarbonate / 梳打粉 1/2茶匙

C
300g mashed banana / 香蕉泥 300克
2 tbsp fresh milk / 鲜奶2汤匙
2 tbsp lemon juice / 柠檬汁 2汤匙
1/2 tsp banana essence / 香蕉精 1/2茶匙
Method
1. Put margarine and brown sugar in a cake mixer and beat until creamy, add in eggs and beat until fluffy.
将菜油和黄糖放入蛋糕搅拌机内打至幼滑,加入蛋打至松白。

2. Stir in ingredients and Ingredients C alternately until well mixed.
拌入材料B和C,搅至幼滑。

3. Pour batter into an 8" greased baking tray, bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45minutes or until cooked.
把面糊倒入一个8寸抹油烤盆内,放入预热烤箱,以用180°C烤45 分钟或至熟透。
