Ingredient and Portion
4 slices Bacon / 培根 4片
4 slices Bread / 吐司 4片
4 Eggs / 鸡蛋 4颗
Some Parmesan Cheese Shreds / 芝士条 适量
1 Mug / 杯 1个
Some Salt / 盐 适量
Some Black Pepper / 黑胡椒 适量
Method
1. Press the mug on bread to form a circle.
用杯子在土司上压出圆形。

2. Wrap the bacon around the edge of each muffin cup.
将培根放入小蛋糕盘的内沿,形成一个圈圈。

3. Put the bread circle into the bottom of each muffin cup.
在培根中间放入圆形面包。

4. Crack an egg into each muffin cup.
在每个小蛋糕杯中打入一颗蛋。

5. Sprinkle some salt and black pepper.
在蛋上撒上适量的盐和黑胡椒。

6. Sprinkle some parmesan cheese shreds on top.
再依自己喜好撒上芝士条。

7. Bake them at 180°C for 15 minutes.
最后放入烤箱以180°C烤15分钟。
