Ingredient and Portion
10g unsalted butter (melted) / 无盐牛油 (融化)10克
5g low gluten flour / 低筋面粉 5克
50g granulated sugar / 细砂糖 50克
50g egg white / 蛋白 50克
70g sliced almonds / 杏仁片 70克


Method
1. Add sugar and egg white in a small bowl, whisk till stiff peaks form.
把糖加入蛋白,放入小碗中,以打蛋器搅打至中性发泡。

2. Sift in flour and mix till well combined.
加入过筛面粉,搅拌至均匀混合。

3. Add sliced almond to mix well.
把杏仁片加入拌匀。

4. Add melted butter and mix well to form a batter.
加入融化牛油,拌匀成面糊。

5. Line a pan with parchment paper. Scoop some batter onto the paper. Use a spoon to smooth them out.
在平底锅中铺入不沾纸,用汤匙舀取适量面糊,倒入平底锅上整平。

6. Pan-fry the crisps over low heat for about 8 minutes. Turn them over and continue to pan-fry for another 2 minutes.
以小火烤约8分钟,翻面继续烤约2分钟即可。


Tips
Alternatively, you can bake the crisps in a preheated oven at 170°C for 10 to 15 minutes.

若是使用烤箱,预热后以170℃烤约10至15分钟。
