Mango sauce ingredients / 芒果酱材料 100gm finely diced mangoes / 100克 芒果切粒 5 shallots, chopped / 5红葱,切碎 4 stalks of lemongrass chopped / 4束 香茅,切碎 5 red birds eye chilli, finely sliced / 5鸟眼辣椒,切碎 juice of 2 key lime /2茶匙 青柠汁 1 teaspoon sesame oil / 1茶匙 麻油 1/2 teaspoon salt / 1/2 茶匙盐 1 teaspoon sugar / 1 茶匙糖 1/2 cup water / 1/2 杯水
Method
1. Place almonds, flour, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, dry mustard, salt and pepper in a food processor, process until the almonds are finely chopped and the spices are mixed through- out, about 1 minute. Drizzle in olive oil and process until combined. Transfer the mixture to a shallow dish. 将杏仁、面粉、墨西哥辣椒粉、蒜米粉末、干芥末、盐和胡椒粉倒入食物处理机里,搅拌大概一分钟或至杏仁完全搅碎和其他香料完全混合一起。然后倒入一点油后,再搅拌均匀。把完全混合的香料倒入浅盘里。
2. Whisk egg whites in a second shallow dish. Add chicken tenders and turn to coat. Transfer each tender to the almond mixture, turn to coat evenly. Place the tenders on the Oil-Less Fryer and coat with cooking spray, turn and spray the other side. 鸡柳沾上搅匀的蛋液。接下来就是沾上杏仁混合物,鸡柳需完全被杏仁混合物包着。把鸡放入无油空气炸锅里后喷上菜籽油喷雾,两面都需喷上。
3. Cook the chicken fingers for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown, crispy and no longer pink in the center, and take out. 鸡柳煮大概20-25分钟或至金黄色、香脆和鸡柳中间没有呈现粉红色,煮熟后拿出。
4. Place all the ingredients for mango sauce in Oil-Less Fryer and cook for 7 minutes. 芒果酱的部分,把所有芒果材料倒入空气炸锅里煮大概7分钟。
5. Serve chicken fingers with mango sauce. 鸡柳可沾上芒果酱后,味道更上一层楼。
