Ingredient and Portion
Tomato / 蕃茄 - 1 Big / 1 粒 大的
Long beans / 长豆 - right amount / 适量

Mince Meat Ball / 自家随意猪肉丸
Mince pork / 猪肉碎 - 200g / 200克
Soy Sauce / 酱油 - right amount / 适量
Oyster Sauce / 蚝油 - right amount / 适量
Method
Meat ball / 肉丸:
1) Place the minced pork and seasoning in a bowl. Combine very lightly with a fork or use your hands, lightly form the mixture into 2-inch meatballs. Set aside.
将所有的调味料和猪肉碎混合一起。用叉或手把混合均匀的肉碎弄成肉丸。待用。

2) Cut long beans into convenient pieces.
把长豆切成小粒,方便煮熟。

3) Wash and rinse the tomato(es).
蕃茄清洗干净。

4) As usual, wash the rice before cook.
洗米。

5) Put the tomato, long bean, and minced pork ball into the rice cooker and cook together with the rice.
加入蕃茄、长豆和肉丸与米一起煮。

6) Wait for rice to cook.
等饭熟就可以吃了。
Tips
由于肉丸已经放了调味料再加入蕃茄已经很有味道了,如果喜欢味道比较重的,可以建议放一点盐就可以了。
