1包金针菇
5克姜丝
1汤匙枸杞
1汤匙初榨麻油头
盐少许
油适量
水适量
Method
1.丝瓜肉切小块;金针菇去根部,洗净,切小段。
2.热锅,爆香姜丝,放入丝瓜、金针菇翻炒均匀。
3.倒入枸杞与适量水,盖上锅盖焖煮至丝瓜软烂。
4.加盐调味,淋上麻油即可。
