Ingredient and Portion
1只甘榜鸡
20克干金针花
15克黑木耳
15克老姜
1根葱
2汤匙初榨麻油头
200ml 米酒
1茶匙盐
Method
1.鸡肉洗净、切块。
2.将麻油与姜放入锅以中火爆香,加入鸡块、盐、黑木耳、米酒与金针花翻炒。
3.中火滚烫后转至小火慢煮半小时。
4.鸡肉熟后加上葱粒即可。
