Ingredient and Portion
100克金针菇
50克小黄瓜
4条小辣椒
4瓣大蒜
1汤匙酱油
1汤匙初榨麻油头
1茶匙醋
½茶匙糖
Method
1.小黄瓜切丝、小辣椒切碎及大蒜去皮切末。
2.金针菇去根部,洗净、滚烫;再泡冰水冷却、沥干。
3.将所有材料和调味料拌均,即可食用。
