Ingredient and Portion
¼杯糙米
¼杯燕麦片
8-15颗干贝
2颗香菇
1颗洋葱
1000毫升水
1汤匙枸杞
1-2片当归
1½汤匙初榨麻油头
盐少许
Method
1.香菇与洋葱切片。
2.将燕麦片、糙米、干贝、香菇、洋葱、枸杞、当归及水倒入锅中。
3.大火15分钟煮沸后转至小火。
4.小火10分钟后,加入1½汤匙初榨麻油头和少许盐即可。
