Something is missing in this assam laksa, I guess is the fish meat (comparing with Penang's Assam Laksa), and lack of sourness, but overall still good.The noodle was smooth, typical Ipoh noodle. I visited this stall in a fine afternoon, sitting under a well-shaded area beside the stall, under the trees. You can order some "炸料" and drinks from the stalls nearby. My friend ordered the Chee Cheong Fun opposite. Being a typical Kuala Lumpur guy, he don't seem to enjoy Ipoh's Chee Cheong Fun that muc
