"He Kor Bak" - Stir Fried Mantis ShrimpOverall the food here was good, but a bit on the salty side. If they had been less liberal on the salt and soy sauce, it'll taste much better. Now 3 out of 4 of my dishes were too salty. The price was acceptable. It is not dirt cheap, not expensive either, just acceptable.For the stir fried mantis shrimp dish, I kind of like it, as it was really tasty. Served with lots of onion and black sauce with ginger, the combination of all those ingredients made this a salty tasty dish indeed. I'm quite particular with mantis prawn dishes, as usually they have less meat and lots of flour. Its good to note here, weld quay restaurant was generous with their prawns.
