Tho yuen is a restaurant which is serving a wide range of Chinese cuisines.Egg tartThis dish is the egg tart. The fillings is very yellowish in colour. The outer layer of the egg tart is very thin and so you can see that they are not in a beautiful texture. But the skin taste very delicious, rich in butter like cookies. continue reading
