Gyoza Another common snack of Japanese cuisine would be this Gyoza, a.k.a fried dumpling. This variety comes with a filling of minced chicken and vegetables. They are solid and chewy in texture, but somehow rather bland if not added with soya sauce. Dumpling skin is of acceptable thickness and not too oily. If some chopped parsley are added more into the filling, I think it would have been a better overall flavor.
