The Hakka Mee really do live up to its reputation, it was so chewy and bouncy, this I was told is due to it being hand made. The noodles were topped with minced pork which tasted sufficiently flavoured that it coats the mee nicely once mixed. The fried wantan that I chose was crispy and the filling of fish meat is tasty and fresh. Same goes for the fried beancurd which is not oily and tasted of home cooked good food. The presentation at this shop is simple but manages to capture your interest from the moment you taste their selections which are really worth a try.
