This is no ordinary coconut seller! Joez Coconut sells Coconut Shake, Pandan Coconut, Coconut Products and most interestingly, Coconut Jelly which is their star product.Looks like a normal coconut from outside but..It's filled with jelly! According to the website, it's made from pasteurized fresh coconut juice extracted from young fruits and passed through a 'secret' process that turns the liquid into semi solid form of silky smooth jelly. The jelly is sweet and tastes of coconut (obviously..).

The jelly is sweet and tastes of coconut (obviously..). It's so soft and smooth, even better than agar-agar! Very refreshing when eaten cold.
