The pan-fried dumplings were juicy and meaty. Relatively flavourless otherwise, unless you dip in vinegar - then all the flavours pop.This fried cake thingy has soft radish cake inside. It's starchy and good.One of the best fried stuff here is the meat rolls. It's super juicy, but quite oily.
