Not only does dolly epitomise modern oriental chic but they truly believe making dim sum is an art form easch piece is delicate and exquisite like a porcelain "Dolly" .
The kitchen serves up classic favourites such as " har gao " dumplings , roasted BBQ buns , Baked egg tart , panfried radish cakes , egg custard buns and steamed Rice rolls .
There is also a good variety of fried rice and noodles including our signature Royal Golden Fried Rice , Crispy Egg Noodles and wok fried Beef Kway Teoh .
