來了檳城兩天，每天也吃了不少地道美食，這間餐廳食物水準，令人有驚喜美味感覺。䶢酸湯，酸味比鹽味更重，冬菇吸收了酸味，感覺怪怪。黑醬油炆豬肉，炆得夠稔，令到五花肉也帶有鬆化口感。這個otak otak 質感好輕口感好滑，味道調得好一吃難忘。微辣魔鬼魚，烹調時間掌握得很好，魚肉嫩滑。外層炸得香脆，五香肉鬆醃得夠味，愈食愈想食。這個炸雞就一般，炸得好乾，口感粗糙。三色糖水，有芋頭丶南瓜丶番薯丶香蕉丶藍色及紫色西米露，椰奶味香又不甜，好睇又好味。 continue reading
