I always love to eat Shabu Shabu, reason being, first is an individual pot thus you can order your desire soup base and throw in your favourite food. Second is more hygienic in the sense. I like to come here for dinner as it is nearby my house however parking is a challenge. As usual, the same menu I am going to order today. They offered few selection of soup base such as Seaweed, Porridge, Tom Yum etc. Anyhow, I still prefer their Pork Bone Soup. Since the restaurant not really crowded, my order have came in second.Let’s boil the soup base before throwing in the ingredient.I have ordered a combo meal (RM49.80) which comprises of 6 mixtures of plates ingredients which you can make your own selection from designate page. First is a platter consist of Pork Balls, Fish Balls, Fuk Zhuo Fish Balls and Pig Skin Yong Tao Fu.Fresh Wanton (RM5.00), made of mince meat filling. Best cook in clear soup.Fu Zuk (RM3.00), one of my favourite for Shabu Shabu.Pork Slices, thinly sliced. Best to dip with Garlic Chili sauce.Side order, Yam (RM5.00)Side order, Special Homemade Meatballs (RM9.80). I like this meatballs as it is fresh meat is not processed food.Fried Mee Sua, this is my favouriten noodle for its springy and eggy texture.Lastly, is the mix vegetable platter consist of Oyster mushroom, Shitake Mushroom, Glass noodles, Enoki mushroom and vegetables as well as Tou Fu. The most healthy plates among all. After cooking all the above ingredient, the soup became very sweet and thick. Best to drink now as it has all the essence inside the soup. For your information, you can mix and match the sauce provided at the sauce counter, yes take-all-you-can. continue reading
