at here i love the dish here ,all the dish is special and the taste is very nice and the decoration is very nice also as well. i love the environmet also as well,you can see there the place is big and a lot of place to seat and there are many customer during lunch time as well.i love the tomato fried rice that using the popiah to wape it and the rice inside is tomato fried rice quite a special decoration and the taste is very good ,when you ate you will feel hot enough inside.erm...yummy...there got many different sushi taste also and look very special but i would like come back to taste the sushi next time when tea time^^haha continue reading

First time been here, recommend by my friend who love sushi so much. The main reason to recommend Shiang Hai because it suitable for vege friend to try. Next is their sushi is super nice and delicious, value for the moneyOther main dish is available also, good for family gathering. It just opposite the sunway pyramid. It is quite hard to get the car park during the peak hour. So i recomend to try before or after the peak hour.  continue reading

吃素就吃得多了,可是好像这里的,就比较不常吃到,他们除了有那些,素鱼肉,素鸡肉等等的菜式以外,他们也有一些比较特别的,就像这个素的寿司卷就很不一样,他们用不同的菜卷在寿司里,再用芝麻和一些脆脆的,味道像是鸡肉松的铺满在那寿司卷外,吃下去时会有脆脆的口感,味道带点甜,很开胃。 continue reading

Noodles are cooked commonly in soup or dried. While the noodles originated from the chinese culture, there are so many ways to prepare the soup while making a bowl of noodles. And there are varieties of choices of noodles to explore. There are the yellow noodle, wheat noodle, bee hoon of assorted thickness, kuai teow of assorted thickness, the hor fun, lai fan, lau shu fen, and the list goes on. Don’t forget the dough kneading noodles like the pan mee, and mee hoon kuin. If you think that’s hard to pick, wait till you explore the vegetarian noodles. They are different in a unique way where it is not superbly fantastic, but attractive in its own way. The Yam Mi Fen has the slices of mock fish in it as well. It is probably the vegetarian version of fish head noodle. The use of yam in the soup is brilliant. The shiang hai noodle is served at a very generous portion and the addition of beansprout to the noodle is amazing when it comes to the texture in general. continue reading
