此叻沙档一开始是因友人推荐而吃开来的，因是友人的亲戚所经营。叻沙档卖的不止是我们平常吃到亚参叻沙，还有泰国叻沙。曾吃过这摊的泰国叻沙，加入了椰浆，味道真的很不赖，值得试试。今晚换换口味，改吃看亚参叻沙。亚参叻沙的面条是幼细的，味道酸度是有。可不知是不是刚才吃了重口味乐乐的缘故，导致现在吃起叻沙后劲不足，感觉汤头的浓醇度较欠缺，味道变得偏淡。汤底捞到最后，鱼肉碎吃到很多，可也不小心吃到鱼刺。 continue reading
