Pa Ka Seng seafood restaurant, Setapak.located along jalan genting klang and near to the kfc very strategic location and have parking available herefamous of their fish head curry . very thick and nice curry tasteYou can probably tell from the look of it that this is the "lemak" type. I think there is no curry powder used. All made from scratch. Love the "lemak" and fragrant curry gravy!the taufu is very smooth and homemade. the vegetables is fresh and service is really good here and i love the fast service and the food served here is all worth the money i am paying. the environment is ok, clean the tables and chair is neat as wellgood place to hang out with familys and friends.

Restoran Pa Ka Seng @ Setapak @ Setapak, near my place and easy to find friend here for simple dinner and hang out placeservice is fast and no need to long queue if early and please do come early if after 8pm the place is very crowded. price is really cheaper then any other restaurant in places like petaling jaya or damansara.in setapak you can get cheaper price and good foodthe black pepper crab is superb and the meat is so fresh and delicious. not sticky to the skin and very easy to peel offenvironment is clean and comfortable. utensils is clean and well maintains. the famous food is the curry head fish head, salted egg prawn and squids and the vegetables are kai lan and also the garlic vegetables kangkung belacan all is tasty here"
