Sounds like a late brunch to me 😏 Had the Poached Pear French toast with lychee cream & coffee. It was French toast sticks with crunchy butter flakes, cinnamon and orange tea -infused poached pear with sauce served with house made lychee cream. think the poached pear could be more enhanced in flavour. coffee was decent.  continue reading

First time queue up in cafe shop wait for a seat. Got many choices of brunch Menu, but I like the passion fruit tart most! Smoked salmon also match with plain taste Spanish. We still figuring out how they do the eggs like a snow ball?  I like their slogan: here is home for good food, smile and sweet memories. The waiting area got a chair looks like horse, become my daughter's new your~ their mustache, red lips also very good for photo continue reading

The interiors are actually quite cool. I think most of the cafes nowadays have the same "peaceful & relaxing" theme. I'm think I'm a sucker for places like this. Feel like bring a book there to read and crawl up at the corner for hours. The waitresses are so friendly and perky, they'll put a smile on your face instantly when you see them.I think everyone who came here will automatically play with the straws thingy. Automatically. I think it's because of social influence nowadays that we have to do something with random things and take picture of it and then post it somewhere online for the world to see. I, of course, am not excluded. Can't resist it, because they're so cute and funny! As what they all say, their scrambled eggs are really very fluffy! Even though I like salmon, the combination of eggs and salmon is not very favourable. The eggs tasted fishy. I think I'll like it better without the salmon and I'll just stick to raw salmon the next time. And the portion is quite big too, but since it's breakfast, it's okay to eat more. *wink*Bread, ham, asparagus, mushroom and poached eggs with hollandaise sauce. The perfect breakfast to kickstart the day! Yum yum yummy! Love the combination! continue reading

Here's the real oasis in Ara Damansara: Opening with little fanfare, Mr & Ms could prove one of this year's nicest new cafes, the epitome of an eatery where folks can relax & revel in unstinting servings of hot, nourishing food & warm, comforting smiles.Mr & Ms refers to two friends: He's the chef who returned to Malaysia recently after honing his craft in Perth & Melbourne, while she's the young entrepreneur who's embarked enthusiastically on her first F&B business (with a little help from her brother & buddies). The cafe now opens through teatime, with dinners starting next month. Our spotlight shines on brunch recipes where egg runs rampant with fun, flavorsome flourishes.Poached eggs with slow-baked portobello mushrooms, nuts, grapes & lentils, served on toast (RM20.90+). An enjoyable change from favorites like Eggs Benedict & Atlantic, though those two reassuringly remain on the menu here.Fluffy-creamy scrambled eggs (RM15.90+), prepared close to perfection, proudly piled with smoked salmon & feta cheese. Chef Alex has been toying with throwing pumpkin & leeks into this; we hope he does.More eggs, fried this time (RM15.90++); shift them slightly to uncover a savory underbelly of turkey ham, melted mozzarella cheese & mashed avocados.Spiced baked eggs with sausages, olives & minted yogurt (RM17.90++). Might be a tad too tangy for some, but still worth licking the spoon for this. Not an admirer of albumin? No worries: Mr & Ms also serves a wholesome breakfast platter (RM19.90+) that features mini-pancakes with grilled bananas, muesli with roasted nuts & milk, plus a bowl of fresh fruit. continue reading

Dropped in late in the afternoon to sample the all-day brunch menu. Greeted warmly upon arrival by the staff who were very polite and friendly. The decor is trendy and gives off a very cosy feel. The menu consists of a substantial list of brunch items along with the usual variety of pasta, sandwiches and salads. The staff were knowledgable of the menu items and based on their recommendations we ordered the following items:- Eggs Atlantic (RM16.90)- Portobello Mushrooms w/Poached Eggs (RM20.90)- Baked Eggs w/Sausages (RM17.90)Food as recommended was very good. We were informed the sauces for the Atlantic and baked eggs were made in-house and were very tasty, balancing out the dishes nicely. The poached eggs were just right with runny yolk oozing creamy goodness. The portobellos were especially good and all the accompanying toast were fresh and crispy. Finished off our meal with lattes (RM8) and a pot of Earl Grey tea (RM7.50). Overall a very good experience. Will definitely be back for more. continue reading
