今天给大家推荐的是一家海鲜餐厅,叫海滨海鲜楼,听起来特别高大上的很贵的酒楼,但并不是,如果你从门口经过你可能根本不会进去,但是往往就是这样不起眼的餐厅才是能找到好味道的地方。他的门口是条很小的路,甚至连停车都困难,也没有专门为客人设置停车场因为根本没地,所以停车就看运气了,而且门脸也很小,发一张地图看看大概距离KLCC的位置吧,因为这里叫什么周围有什么我也真是不知道,有点偏了,离Mid Valley不远。里边的餐厅也不大,没几张桌子,不过老板把后院也开发出来了,后边还有好多座位,所以总的来说面积和容纳人数不算少。来之前一定要打电话确认一下开不开门然后订个位,因为他隔周星期二不开门,而且就算是工作日的晚上来,也是人非常多的,所以订位比较保险。之后大家会想问,这么名不见经传的餐厅是怎么找到的而且为什么要推荐呢,其实这家是本地华人给我推荐的,推荐的人是位年长者,他说他上大学时在马来亚大学,放学后就和同学一起聚集在这里吃饭,是他的回忆,这家餐厅已经经营了好几十年,现在是第三代了。能经营这么久的餐厅肯定还是有他的道理的,一进门就看到墙上很多明星竟然也来过这个小店,好多都是熟面孔呢!餐厅的招牌就是他们家的螃蟹啦,各种口味的都可以来试一试。先推荐一道脆皮油炸豆腐,看上去特别普通的油炸豆腐但是特别香,很推荐用来当前菜。这个东西他们叫啦啦,其实就是炒蛤蜊,各种口味的啦啦,这道是姜酒啦啦,因为还是放了姜会比较入味和去腥,这只是我平时喜欢吃这个口味啦,下次可以试试甘香或黑胡椒之类的,看看是怎么处理腥味的。生蝦面,汤汁特别入味,整盘都可以喝下去,面也不硬,而且料很足,蝦都是很大颗,肉一点都不死,记得在马六甲大家都会排长队到当地网红餐厅来吃一盘生蝦面的,这道也相当推荐。最后就是螃蟹啦,看了好多种做法的螃蟹,不知道最受欢迎的是哪种呢,店里有酸辣,清蒸,盐焗,奶油,咸蛋黄焗,妈蜜,蒜蓉奶油,甘香,麦香。对于我来说觉得酸辣蟹比较一般啦,所以这次没有点酸辣的,点了黑胡椒,和咸蛋黄焗,因为吃久了螃蟹觉得还是咸蛋黄焗排我心中的第一名,然后就是黑胡椒,一直没敢尝试奶油那种甜口味的怕吃着吃着腻了,所以吃过的朋友可以来点意见给我~~~其实除了螃蟹和蝦以外各种鱼也是他们的特色,有机会一定要来品尝一下,已经来店吃过两次了每次都看到店内坐满~~~好啦今天就介绍到这里啦,下次盐小粒再介绍些吉隆坡美食和商场和亲子娱乐给大家啦~~拜拜~~~ continue reading

After picking up my friends from Indonesia, and friends back from Cambodia trip, we decided to go for a decent crabs feast. My friend strongly recommend us to this seafood place.Overall, the look of the restaurant is giving you the feel of the 90's, another word I think they have not been rennovated since then. But the place is well maintained and up keep. The cleanliness is good too. I think they are deserved for a "B".My friend is so familiar with this place, he even knows a few of the waiter and waitress. Good point to know them is, if the crabs stock are not good, they will not advice you to order the crabs dish or they will tell you what best to cook with the crabs.We ordered the Chef recipe's Sweet and Sour Crabs. The taste is good, because the sauce is specially prepared and made by the chef. It is not same as those from the other seafood restaurant that usually use the sweet sauce with maggi chili sauce.I like the taste of the sauce, as it is with a bit of sweetness and the sourness is so mild, but yet they blend so well with the freshness of the crabs and brings up the strong flavour and taste. Mama-mia!Not forget to mention, the size of the crabs is not very big, but the meat flesh is so full. One more thing to surprise me is, beside serving the fried mann-tou bread, they have toast bread too.Thin slices of toast bread that have burnt into perfection are to be dip into the sweet & sour sauce, the crispy-ness of the toast bread is very fullfilling.Great moment and great food. went to Hai Peng Seafood restaurant on a particular weekend with my family. this restaurant has been one of my family's usual place to eat since i was very young. recently the restaurant had undergo some renovations too, so now the restaurant has air-conditioning, unlike the humid and hot environment it used to have. we ordered my parent's favourite, which is the spicy chilli crab! i really liked this because the sauce for this dish is very, very flavourful! and quite spicy too, but not that bad for beginners to try its spiciness! the sauce is quite thick so its suitable to be eaten with plain toasted bread (which you can order as an extra) to be dipped into the sauce. the crab meat is also very fulfilling, as the seafood are all caught fresh daily. continue reading

A dodgy-looking outlet, but we headed here due to their solid reputation. The sweet & sour crabs are their specialty, but we couldn't see why. These Kalimantan crabs were fairly fat and meaty, but the sauce was unimpressive and the price seemed exorbitant. The salted egg yolk crabs were a real letdown. The crab was overcooked past the point of dryness, while the salted egg flavour wasn't potent enough. La-la steamed in ginger, wine and cili padi. Not bad but not memorable either. Kampung chicken with Chinese herbs. The meat bordered on tasteless. The fried potato leaves were OK. Reasonably fresh and well-prepared. continue reading

I heard from my father that this Chinese seafood restaurant along the Old Klang Road has operated since many years ago, but recently the business is deteriorating with so many eateries growing nearby this area. We waited for more than half an hour for the first dish to be served, still acceptable for me but not many can tolerate with this.The Pork ribs are perfectly done. The sauce is nice with hints of mayonnaise and thousand island. It is sweet and sour and the skin of the rib is very crispy with inner juicy meat! We order some dessert- Ice Kacang during the evening. And the portion is rather acceptable, but the sweetener here is a tad too much as I find it slightly sweeter for my personal taste. continue reading
