Fuzio Bar 是吉隆坡市中心的一家意大利餐厅在Changkat Bukit Bintang的那一区附近蛮多餐厅的29, Jalan Berangan50200 Kuala Lumpur隐藏在那一区比较不热闹的一条街上其实这样的Fuzio更有情调不怕会太过喧闹Fuzio的环境很不错除了方便用餐的四方桌之外吧台的位置也很舒适餐厅播放着旧式的浪漫音乐特别有感觉可惜的是当晚的音响有点小问题声音一直一节一节断断续续的所以音乐听起来就是小小的烦人(可喜的是:后来音响问题修好了)微烤的面包片并没有太新鲜的面包味不过味道来说挺可口的而且长型的Breadstick特别脆口Salmon Carpaccio (RM 32)薄薄的三文鱼片配上番茄块、芝士、九层塔、Oregano和橄榄油很鲜甜开胃薄薄的一片正好可以在嘴里融化Spaghetti Carbonara with Smoked Duck Breast (RM 36)分量刚刚好、温度和口感也十分适中味道Creamy但不会让人觉得腻鸭胸片的油脂刚刚好配上一杯顺口而淡一点的红酒最棒Penne with Gorgonzola Sauce and Cecina Ham (RM 36)芝士的味道很浓郁、甚至有点小苦不过它的苦是合理的火腿片并没有看起来的那般脆不过咸度来说十分够味对我来说有点太过重口味Pink Panty Cocktail以Vodka、 Cointreau、 Frangelico 和 Cranberry调制味道像是咖啡酒和Cranberry的味道女生应该会蛮喜欢的总结来说环境、食物和价钱都算是挺合理的若是想要尝试蛮不错、而又不喧闹的意大利餐Fuzio值得考虑 continue reading

Fuzio is an Italian restaurant. It isn't fancy but it's a comfortable casual dining place.Like most restaurants along Changkat, the restaurant is set up in an old residential home. So the layout is rectangular to the back and it has 3 levels, with the top level a roof top dining area. You can't see much from the roof top but it is a great place to hangout For starters, order the cold antipasto platter that is a combination of different cuts of hams and turkey. Order this only if you have a group of 4 and above because it is huge and very fillingThe seabass makes me delirious. Check this out. The seabass is a thick cut. but it is seared on the outside till its crispy but then it is baked so that it is cooked all the way through but it isn't dry at all. The seabass sits on a bed of mashed green peas. Truly a hearty portion for the starving continue reading

One Italian restaurant replaces another: Fuzio has taken over the location formerly occupied by Berangan's now-closed Bar Italia.There's still a mighty menu at this fabulously friendly place: plenty of pasta, meat and seafood.Hop here for a rabbit rampage: the rabbit casserole pie (RM58++) is full of flesh, soaked in a tangy, herb-scented sauce and packed into thin, flaky pastry.Rabbit ragout pappardelle (RM38++), a rustic treat, deliciously creamy.Grilled rabbit with baby carrots and asparagus in peppercorn sauce (RM54++).
