这个牛排是属于那种比较多骨头的部位。虽然如此，但是丝毫不影响我对它的钟爱。因为接近骨头位置的关系，牛肉的肉质比较鲜嫩，然后都很柔软，连着脂肪一起吃感觉更棒，配上啤酒更是没话说了 continue reading
