'Cucur udang' or 'Hae Jie' is also known as fried prawn fritters. This deep fried prawn with the prawn shell still intact give taste fabulous with crispy on the outside and filling on the inside. Scallions are being chopped finely and mixed into the fried ingredients with bring great aroma for the fritters. Cucur Udang can be eaten on its own or dipping it with sweet chili sauce.
