This is probably my first and last time visiting the Coco Café in 1 Utama. I was quite disappointed with the service. I was looking through their menu and a promotional paper caught my eyes. It says buy 2 chocolate coffee ice for RM 3 (it is actually RM 2.50 each, without the promotion). So I thought to myself why not give it a try? Chocolate coffee sounds like Mocha to me, so why not? And I ordered it; that has leaded me to a series of disappointment.Disappointment 1: The cashier have no clue what drink I was referring to, what more the buy 2 for RM 3 promotion. She had to ask her colleagues, and that they weren't sure about it too. So i decided to show them the paper that I saw earlier on, and she reluctantly punch in the promotion.Disappointment 2: Coffee chocolate ice does not taste like Mocha at all. It is lack of the chocolate taste. It tasted more like coffee with a lot of sugar syrup. But then again, what can you expect from a cup of drink that cost RM1.50 per cup right?
