Kam Heong not only famous with its braised duck, its side dishes are great as well. Egg, vegetables and mushroom. The braised sauce is definitely the magic that makes them all taste good. I love the mushroom the most because the sauce utterly fills the mushroom. The soft mushroom brings good taste to us.

平时的我都不爱吃鸭子，总觉得鸭子有种乖乖的味道。可是这家的卤鸭我就能够接受。应该是老板的功夫够，把鸭子那阵怪味都处理掉，剩下的就是那卤水的香料的香味。虽然鸭子入口有点韧，但慢慢的咬还是很有味道的。所以每次来这里都会点这道卤鸭。

Together with a friend of mine, craving for duck meal. Spotted this restaurant has high number of customers that night. Once we seated, the staff is serving us well. The rice is fragrant rice. The stewed duck is well marinated and cook well. The sauce is delicious. I spread it all over my rice. The eat is very soft and juicy. The eggs is salty only and the sauce is not nice.

This restaurant have two operations session. Morning, there are more stalls available while at night, there are only duck stall and the satay.I always went there in the morning. But some of my friends told me their Duck rice which only available for dinner is very famous and fast selling.Without prior planning, my friend and I went here for dinner. First bite, in my mind is why so soft the intestines and gizzards. It is salty. Next I try the stewed duck. ermmmm, it's aroma is so nice and the 八角 taste is strong. I like chinese herbs, therefore I like it so much but my friend who dislike 八角 says its too strong for her.The duck is well marinated and stewed. The meat is chewy. See so many people order their salted vege, we also grab some. For me, i don't really like it. It isn't taste like vege. It is just vege and cook till super soft. Suitable to the people that have difficulties to eat. Honestly, i will not order salted vege next time, the rest definitely will.The service here is so efficient. Only takes few minutes then the dishes will deliver to the table.
