最近爱上了这碗板面, 因为我超爱芜茜芹菜。汤也很够味。还有这里的版面很滑, 老板给佐料好不吝啬的。很大碗和料超多, 菜多到看不到面条。哈哈。还有不可小看这里的辣椒, 超辣的! 拿一点就可以让我鼻涕一直流。这是有加马来盏的辣椒。赞啊!还有这里的肉丸也相当受欢迎的, 差不多每一桌都会额外加肉丸。rm1 x 4/5粒。如果你有带孩子到这里可以点哦!其实这里没有招牌的, 只记得是在公寓的外面, 是档口来的。也不难找的。星期日休息的, 想要吃就要早, 因为很快卖玩的。老板没有什么笑容, 可是就是可以把面条煮的那么好吃。 continue reading

This is one of the longest operated Pan Mee stall over here at Taman Miharja. It is best that you come over earlier in the morning to enjoy the noodle as the humble stall could not accommodate a large crowd due to limited space. Otherwise, you could opt for take-away then, which would still taste food This bowl of noodle is still considered quite a lot, even you ask for a smaller preference, hehe. The soup is clear with some light flovour from the boiled poultry bones I believed. There are also some Chinese chives added along with fried anchovies and sliced black fungus. They make a good companion as the anchovies are fried till crispy and the black fungus are chewy too. As for the noodles, they are springy for they are only blanched with hot water till al dente, and best eaten with the in house chilly paste, else would be bit plain. Besides, the dish is further zest up with some scoops of marinated minced meat, which has helped to enhance the flavor overall. continue reading
