高情調的馬來西亞菜

聖誕是去了此餐廳，它位於一座古色古香的馬來西亞大宅當中，很有氣氛，我們點了一個沙律，帶子闊條麵及烤鴨。沙律當中用了芒果及新鮮的蔬菜，醬汁是特別調製的，很是美味。帶子闊條麵的份量不多，但帶子鮮甜，是喜歡吃海鮮朋友的選擇。最特別的還是他的烤鴨，一盤當中有兩種做法，一種很像北京烤鴨，但鴨肉較乾，另一種將法國的鴨胸肉，十分美味，鴨肉約十分多汁。這裏是感受馬來西亞特色餐廳不錯的選擇。建議來的朋友要打車來，因為地點不是太好找，在餐廳的門口也能看到馬來西亞的地標高塔。 continue reading
