马来西亚美食专题:欢迎关注盐小粒吃遍东南亚:sammicameraBY盐小粒十号胡同是美食家蔡澜推荐过的餐厅,确切的说他不是餐厅,是一条美食街,聚集了马来西亚各种经典美食,以中餐为主,少量印度菜和马来菜,所以如果你只在吉隆坡待1-2天,来不及去吃那些老字号餐厅,那就来这里吧,让你用最短的时间吃到吉隆坡最全的美食。十号胡同是在Lot 10,伊势丹的地下一层,大排档的形式,就餐环境不算好,基本没有服务,吃的甚至有些狼狈,但是每天人络绎不绝,都是来吃经典的。看这一墙的餐厅,每个都是网红,必须要空着肚子来,马来西亚的著名餐厅金莲记,烧鸭王,李记猪肚鸡,隆江猪脚饭,手打猪肉丸,槟城炒粿条,鸿泰福建虾面,何荣记,恭和堂,海南鸡饭。。。太多太多餐厅了,根本就不可能全部吃一遍啊!还有好多明星也来,连我最爱的黄宗泽也来过!看来十号胡同是吉隆坡必打卡之地了。隆江猪脚饭隆重推荐也是我的最爱,隆江猪脚饭这家!各种卤味是他们的招牌,有卤香和弹嫩糯香的口感,秘制的卤料配方,猪脚放在这些中药材的卤水熬煮不但味道香美更有利于人们的健康养生。隆江猪脚饭从广东流传过来也算是文化传承了吧,这都上百年历史了,和米饭一起简直是绝配,卤味的汤拌饭。李记胡椒猪肚汤第二个要强烈推荐的是这家,李记胡椒猪肚汤,胡椒放的恰到好处,上一篇盐小粒推荐的农家乐,就是胡椒放太多了不好喝,这家是猪肚汤的老字号所以水平自然非常高。手打猪肉丸也是他们的特色,这个就不用多说了,手打出的肉是有多细腻必须亲自尝试。最后一张是炸肠,本来期待很高但是有点失望,炸的比较硬而且太咸了。下面再推荐些其他美食:肉骨茶到马来西亚必吃,发源于巴生,如果没有时间去巴生就来这里吃吧。福州瓦煲红酒面线面向不是太好,腐乳比较多,可能有些吃不惯。金莲记老鼠粉,比较咸,讲真我一直也是吃不惯,但是也属于到吉隆坡必吃的。煲仔饭,论水平还是香港的更高一筹。卤面,比较普通的一道。槟榔律驰名潮州煎蕊槟城最出名的街头甜品,也是必吃的。吃完再去隔壁的伊势丹转转吧,同一层的伊势丹美食街有超级多日本空运过来的美食,各种铁板烧,清酒啤酒各种酒吧台,在这边会有选择恐惧症的。楼上还有伊势丹高端商场,日本高端好货卖,咖啡厅和书店,特别推荐。好啦今天就介绍到这里啦,下次盐小粒再介绍些吉隆坡美食和商场和亲子娱乐给大家啦~~拜拜~~~ continue reading

十號胡同,一個經蔡瀾先生挑選的好幾間食店進駐的美食廣場,方便的一次過試到唔同的美食。海南雞配河粉套餐另加飯加菜,雞肉軟腍,河粉調味剛好唔會太濃,飯味普普通通,唔算好突出。沾雞的醬料味道也是唔太突出。砂鍋老鼠粉,就像在香港食到的銀針粉(香港也少了機會在食店食到這款粉),燒到個煱好熱,落好重醬油來煮這個粉,味道適中,加咗隻蛋和蔥粒食前拌勻即可,拌勻後食落會更滑口。炸魚片,即叫即整沒有油膩感覺,好新鮮好香口,食落彈牙質地幼滑有魚味。特製手做魚蛋粒粒彈牙,在香港食的魚蛋粉多過魚,呢邊食到的至少食到有魚味。左上角武莫喳喳~用料十足,糖水味香內有蕃薯粒,芋頭粒。右下角榴蓮紅豆冰,我好喜歡在馬來西亞新加坡食紅豆冰的,因為佢地落好多材料的,而呢個內有紅腰豆、粟米、涼粉、亞亞答子、還有綠色條狀煙煙韌韌的、香脆花生、焦糖漿、榴槤漿及刨冰等,唔覺唔覺就食完一碗了!食甜品來做完結多滿足啊! continue reading

thick wanton noodles in such viscious and flavourful curry gravy and chose the barbecued chicken over the char siu!  everything was perfect! and also had the ice kacang to wash it all down as the curry was slightly abit spicy for my liking, but definitely worth it!! continue reading

Lot 10 Hutong is a clean place for dining. There are a lot of choices of food and the environment is nice, air-con andcomfortable. I ordered the chicken chop spagetti, it is big portion and tasted nice. The portion made me full. For the char siew wantan mee, the char siew is abit not enough for my appetite, the portion of mee is larger than the char siew. continue reading
